These terms describe use of the ORDS Music Academy website operated by ORDS LLC. They cover website use and consultation requests. Prices and conditions for lessons, studio work, products, or other paid services must be set out in the applicable booking or purchase agreement; these website terms do not establish those charges or conditions.

Consultation requests

Please provide accurate contact information when requesting a consultation. Parents and guardians arranging lessons for a child should use their own contact details. An inquiry does not enroll a student, purchase services, or guarantee a particular instructor or appointment. Follow the availability and confirmation shown by the booking service. To change an appointment, use the options in your confirmation or contact ORDS.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about ORDS and request services. Do not attempt to access other people's information without permission, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or use it for fraud or other unlawful activity. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website.

Content and creative work

Website text, designs, logos, images, and recordings belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse beyond what applicable law allows.

Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your music or other creative work to ORDS. Recording and production projects may require a separate agreement addressing ownership, licenses, and deliverables. A consultation request does not grant ORDS permission to use a student's name, image, voice, or performance in advertising.

Outside services

Scheduling, purchasing, and other linked or embedded services may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Those terms do not replace ORDS's obligations to you. Contact ORDS if a third-party tool is unavailable or you need help with a request.

Privacy and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. ORDS may respond to the request you submit using the contact method and consent you provide. Submitting a request is not consent to unrelated marketing or advertising tracking.
